Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, Minister of State, Petroleum Petrol queues should be cleared in Abuja before Sunday, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, on Thursday directed the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
