Tattoed hand of Davido with his costly wristwatch
Popular Nigerian musician, David Adeleke, a.k.a. Davido, has finally realised his dream of purchasing an expensive wristwatch.
Davido on his Twitter handle on Saturday, confirmed the aqisition of the wristwatch, with a photograph of it adorning his tattooed wrist.
Tweeted Davido: “Made a milli and got a RM !! ?????????.”
Davido had before now said he was looking forward to buying a N30 million wristwatch.
The Richard Mille RM 055 wristwatch does not have a price tag on the website of the manufacturers.
Rather, it comes with the information: “Price on request.”
It has further information that delivery cost to Nigeria would be $99.
However, shippers said this would be exclusive of the insurance fee usually charged for such items.
Wristwatches’ prices on the website of Richard Mille start from $44,000. Some range as high as $722,000.
