COVID-19 cases in Nigeria on Sunday shrunk as only 138 cases were recorded from 14 states in Nigeria, the the country, the Centre for Disease Control has said.
While 20 states reported cases with 250 infections on Saturday, 14 states reported cases with 138 cases on Sunday.
A report released by NCDC via its twitter handle, informed that the fresh cases bring total confirmed cases to 53,865 out of which 41,513 have been discharged.
The death toll has also risen to 1,013, the health agency maintained.
