All security agencies have been urged to raise their performance in protecting lives and property, with a mandate that the country’s global security index must be improved. President Muhammadu Buhari gave the charge when he virtually commissioned the new state-of-the-art Technology Building, Data Command, Communication and Control Centre of the Nigeria immigration Service in Abuja.
