Air Nigeria may commence conveying Nigerians before the end of President Muhammad Buhari’s administration if all the arrangements of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) fall into place. Mr Michael Ohiani, Acting Director-General (I-G) of the commission, said thid in Abuja on Sunday, adding that the ICRC was now working round the clock to get it operational.
