Irked by the Federal Government’s “discriminatory, unfair and illegal treatment” of its members, the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) dragged the Federal Government before the national industrial court of Nigeria (NICN) in Abuja. The suit was filed by Femi Falana, counsel to ASUU. The national industrial court had on Tuesday upheld the “no work, no pay” rule by the Federal Government in the suit filed against ASUU.
