This Sunday, the Forum by Ojez will host a special event at the Ojez Lounge in Surulere, Lagos, to celebrate the remarkable contributions of two prominent figures in Nigerian art: Lemi Ghariokwu and Otunba Akang Ini Dan.
Lemi Ghariokwu, a self-taught visual artist, is celebrated for his dynamic and thought-provoking album cover designs. His artistic legacy extends beyond Fela, encompassing over 2,000 album covers for global artistes like Bob Marley and Miriam Makeba, with exhibitions held worldwide.
Otunba Akang Ini Dan serves as the Managing-Director and CEO of Fodak Production and is the founder of Sister Heart and Visual Foundation, which focuses on fostering artistic talent and cultural heritage in Nigeria.
